Shipping Policy for Broken Pistons

Thank you for supporting Broken Pistons. We are a small, independent brand, and we appreciate your patience as we get your gear to you. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Processing & Handling Times

  • Standard Orders: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1- 2 Weeks!

  • Limited Drops & Pre-Orders: For special releases or pre-order items, processing may take 2 - 4 weeks. Please refer to the specific product description for estimated ship dates on these items.

  • Holidays: Please allow extra time for processing during peak holiday seasons or immediately following a major collection drop.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, and DHL.

Standard Shipping 7–14 business days

Expedited Shipping 3–5 business days

International Shipping10–21 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. International Shipping

We ship worldwide! Please note that Broken Pistons is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us as "undeliverable," the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Broken Pistons is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • We highly recommend shipping to a secure location to prevent package theft.
